real wedding : chelsey + ryan

You may have already seen this sweet couple over on Once Wed, but I thought I'd repost a few that show off the Oh My Deer goodies!

Ryan and Chelsey live here in Nashville, and because Nashville may as well be Mayberry, we've come to know one another over the past year or so. I was able to hand letter their beautiful marriage certificate, plus work up a couple hair fascinators and boutonnieres.

happy anniversary to us

Two years ago today, the Petaja family of Tec and Chelsea was made.

These past two years have been blessed with the joy of each other, health, friends, a home, work, beauty and lots and lots of love.

What more could a girl ask for?

Who, by the way, was married two days ago at the very same location as Tec and me! It was such a sweet near-anniversary present to celebrate a new chapter of life with many of the same people we'd celebrated with two years ago. Blessings to you two newlyweds, Annie and Mat!

farewell, old friend

Today was my last day of work at the Montessori school I've taught at for the past four years.

I'm leaving to do more of what I was created to do; to spend more time with those I was created to love. I am melancholy and excited, anxious and ready.
