corals + girls in watercolor

The prettiest variations of peach and coral were left on my palette a few days ago.  They were just too lovely to leave undocumented.  After I took the picture I saw the profile of a girl--her ponytail, her chin... and then there's some sort of red growth coming out of her back.  Ignore that.  But can you see the profile?

She's obviously wearing a dress with a complicated neckline - a bow, or perhaps a big rosette.

It's lovely!

I've been painting more lately, and I've actually found myself just creating globular mash-ups of pretty colors; something resembling a palette. I love this...
