hydrangeas in may

My hydrangeas normally bloom in the summer months, but this year--with the combination of a warm winter and wet spring--they've exploded in May!  The same goes for our plum tree; it's almost two months ahead of schedule in producing its plums!  

What about you?  Is your yard busier than normal this time of year?

blushing bride luncheon

I've had so much fun working with my most recent client!  We've collaborated to create a Blushing Bride invitation suite and menu for an upcoming luncheon she's hosting for a dear friend.  

Aren't those stamps just the best?!  They're from Etsy vendor Verde Studio.  That little 19 cent deer is almost too much for me to handle.
